(SEMASA)Hilton Petaling Jaya Introduces ‘Crustacean Carnival’ at Paya Serai

PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR : Hilton Petaling Jaya’s all-day dining restaurant, Paya Serai presents the ‘Crustacean Carnival’, an all-you-can-eat affair of the freshest locally sourced shell fish.

The buffet promotion runs from 1 – 31 October 2019 and is available for weekday lunch, dinner and weekend high-tea at RM68 nett, RM85 nett and RM122 nett respectively. The buffet features a variety of shell fish cooked in authentic Malay, Indian, Western and Chinese styles with live cooking stations set up across the restaurant. Guests can pick their choice of fresh shellfish, style of cooking, flavours, and watch the chefs whip up their dish before them.

The Malay dishes include Siput Sedut Masam Manis, Lala Masak Belado Hijau, Udang Sambal Petai, Kerang Masak Lemak, Udang Lipan Masak Tomato, Ketam Masak Lemak Nanas Cili Padi, Lokam Bakar Berempah and Siput Buluh Bercili. Chinese main menu comprises Butter Oat Prawns, Stir Fried Clams Kam Heong Sauce, Seafood Black Bean Fried Rice, Stir Fried Squid with Dried Chilli and Black Pepper Mussels. The Indian selection features curry and spices with dishes like Crab Masala, Prawn Curry and Squid Pakoras. As for the Western dishes, comfort food like Crab Ragout, Crustacean Lasagne, Seafood Paella and Stuffed Potato with Seafood Marinara.

For those who prefer the natural sweet flavours of shell fish, the Seafood on Ice section has Black Lips Mussels, Green Mussels, Poached Tiger Prawns, Fresh Oysters, Slipper Lobsters and Yabbies served chilled on a bed of ice.

Paya Serai is located on the lobby level of Hilton Petaling Jaya and is open daily from 6am – 10:30pm.
